I bought this book on Amazon 2 weeks ago and I have learned why it’s important to include fitness into my weekly routine. I play pickleball 4 times per week and I always thought that exercising would make me more sore. Now I understand how to include exercises into my routine and I feel even better (I am doing the daily stretching routine from the app plan too!) thank you to the authors for sharing your wealth of knowledge.

This book and companion app are exactly what the pickleball world has been missing! It is an innovative book, and the app makes it super easy to follow along with training, warm-ups, and recovery routines. I’ve already noticed a difference in my agility, strength, and confidence during games.

This was a great resource for pickleball players. I recently hurt my calf and wanted to find workout routines that could help strengthen my leg. This book and the app has lots of good routine that help me stay consistent so I can get stronger on the pb court.
