Really good find.. my kids and I love using it for our workouts. We don’t have much room for a gym so we thought this would work well and it does! Just ordered the rope connection to add on. Can’t wait to get it.
I use it at my physical therapy appointments every week and just bought one for my home so I can continue to do the exercises provided by my doctor. I do push ups and squats holding onto bar. Love it.
My trainer recommended this system and we use it to do our online classes. I can do exercises I can’t typically do on my own like a lunge all the way to the floor. I use it to stretch in the morning also.
I have had my set up for a few months now and am loving it. I was nervous about putting it on my wall but it was very easy to do and I am able to do so much with it. I am following their workout program and am seeing results.
I live in a small apartment so this was a perfect option for putting a home gym in. Very minimal and works great for my needs. Great product and the company owners are very helpful.
There are a bunch of these drums on the internet for way cheaper but this one is really good quality. Ropeflex makes good stuff so I trusted this drum would be well made. I like the concept of this version being able to detach it and have it in various walls or outside. I have it in my garage and I plan to put another track outside for the summer.
Good quality and way easier to install than other pull up bars. I got a few extra mounting brackets so I can use it indoors and out. Really neat concept. Kudos to whoever thought of this.
I’m super picky about my equipment so I was hesitant to buy from a brand I didn’t know. I’m pleasantly surprised. Great quality and love the functionality of being able to mount it in different spots. I have one outside and in my basement.
Definitely worth the buy. My buddy recommended it because I needed a pull up bar to put in my garage but don’t have a ton of space for the bigger ones. I like this this because I can put it at different levels for my son. The bands are good quality too.
