I did the assessments and learned what my problem areas were and now doing the corrective exercise routines to get my mobility better. I really like the options they give you with the education to make my own decisions on workout selection. The authors / owners are extremely helpful too.
I just finished the 1 time per week program and now starting the 2 time per week. Good workouts, I definitely feel stronger. I also do some of the mobility ones they have.
I learned a lot reading the book and can absolutely see why adding training into my pickleball obsession is important if I want to keep getting better and playing into my 80’s! Authors are very responsive too if you have any questions. I think this package is worth way more than $20 if you ask me..
I haven’t started the program…I am trying to work up to it but I wanted to have some exercises for recovery. Ive been adding the stretching and mobility workouts in daily and I feel less sore and more energy. Recommended for variety of options.
